Fed Hill Community Planting Morning and Gardens for Wildlife Roadshow

Residents, families and friends are invited to help the new Friends of Federation Hill plant trees and shrubs to provide habitat links on the hill behind Barton St.

When: 10am to 1pm, Saturday, August 11

Where: Fed Hill Reserve. Park near vacant block on 31 Barton St and follow the signs.

BYO: Bring your favourite gardening gloves, wear good boots and please dress for the weather.

Our ‘Gardens for Wildlife’ display and pollinator stall will provide information and inspiration for all.

Join us for a free barbecue lunch and chat with the Friends members after planting. This will be a good opportunity to talk to us about joining this new group if interested.

We will provide tools, plants, barbecue lunch and free native plant to take home. All welcome.
